Sino-German Dolang Manufacturing Center "Skills Competition" award ceremony and technical committee establishment ceremony was held
On the occasion of leaving the old and welcoming the new, after careful preparation and strict assessment, the first Sino-German Dolang Manufacturing Center's skill competition was successfully concluded. In order to commend and train outstanding talents in a timely manner, encourage advanced, set a model, and consolidate the competitive atmosphere of “comparison, learn, catch up, help and surpass”, on February 3, the company held a skills seminar in the Sino-German Dolang Nobel Technology Industrial Park.
The skill competition has lasted for nearly two months since its launch in December 2020. It involves seven tasks including industrial robot technology application system assembly, electrical and electronic technology experimental system assembly, sensor host computer module welding, collaborative robot workbench assembly, electrical assembly, industrial Internet collaborative manufacturing technology application, and comprehensive technical knowledge of manufacturing centers. Through theoretical knowledge examinations and operational skills competitions, a comprehensive test of the professional skills of employees is carried out. The aim is to further give play to the exemplary and leading role of vocational skills competitions and post-training competitions in the training of highly skilled talents, actively create conditions for the growth and success of employees, comprehensively improve the quality of the staff, and strive to cultivate a dedicated team with excellent skills.

This skill competition closely integrates production practices, focusing on the assessment of participants' practical skills and the ability to solve practical problems in production. After fierce competition, 14 players finally stood out in the competition with solid knowledge and skills and achieved excellent results.
