The system adopts modular and open design, which consists of industrial robot basic training platform and integrated training module. Among them, industrial robot basic training platform mainly consists of six-axis robot, four-axis robot, industrial vision camera, mobile robot AGV, PLC. Control unit, touch screen, etc., the main function is to complete the transmission, recognition, assembly, detection and warehousing tasks of various integrated training module products; the integrated training module is divided into seven training modules according to different assembly tasks, namely: Finger-tip gyro press-fitted module, numeric keypad automatic assembly module, dual-robot collaborative wireless mouse assembly module, workpiece automatic grinding module, robot automatic gift packaging module, multi-species material transfer and palletizing module and bookmark automatic sorting module . Each of the training modules is composed of a corresponding raw material library, a finished product library, a transport mechanism and a fixture; in the training of different assembly tasks, the corresponding training module can be placed on the industrial robot basic training platform.
