The "DLDS-3516 system" adopts a modular and open design and consists of an industrial robot basic platform, storage platformintegrated training module and manufacturing execution system (MES);
Industrial robot basic operating platform: mainly composed of 6-axis industrial robots, 7-axis collaborative robots, 2D industrial vision cameras, 3D vision systems, PLC control units, HMI and corresponding fixtures, etc. The main function is to complete various integrated training skills. Handling, identification, assembly, inspection and warehousing tasks;
Warehousing platform: It includes mobile robotics AGV, raw material area and buffer area, and its main function is to complete the transportation of raw materials.
Integrated training modules; According to the different assembly tasks, it is divided into 5 training modules, namely: fingertip gyro pressing task module, multifunctional fingertip gyro light pen assembly task module, casting automatic polishing task module, and automatic reducer Assembly and inspection task module, CNC processing assembly and inspection task module.
Hardware: Industrial robot basic platform, warehousing platform, 6-axis industrial robot, 7-axis collaborative robot, AGV, 3D vision, 2D vision, fingertip gyro pressing module, multifunctional fingertip gyro light pen assembly module;
Software: MES order management system and PLC programming software and visual programming software
Function: Realize the collinear flexible customized manufacturing and production of fingertip gyros and gyro pens in the toy industry. The entire production process covers parts identification, handling and palletizing, intelligent assembly, and finished product inspection and packaging storage.
