The Third National Intelligent Manufacturing Application Technology Skills Competition finals is kicked off

On the morning of November 18th, hosted by the Ministry of Human Resources And Social Security, All China Federation Of Trade Unions, and China Machinery Industry Federation, the Human Resources and Social Security Department of Henan Province, Zhengzhou municipal government, 2019 China skills competition - the third national intelligent manufacturing application technology skills competition finals officially is opened at Zhengzhou International Conference and Exhibition Center.
In this competition, there are 28 delegation from different provinces, autonomous regions and cities and Machinery Industry, 361 teams and 1,015 competitors. The number of participants is about twice that of the first and second sessions. Together with the organizing committee, technical work committee, supervision and arbitration, experts, referee team, team leaders, coaches, and cooperative enterprises, the total number of contests reached 2,800, which is the largest number of participating teams and contestants compared with the previous competition.
This competition focused on high-end leading role, actively promoted the transformation of the standards of the World Skills Competition, closely linked to the actual production, and focused on the combination of professional skills. The competition focuses on the technical level of the participants in the installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance and control of intelligent manufacturing units, as well as the ability to produce and process products using intelligent manufacturing units. The final event is divided into two parts: theoretical competition and practical competition. The practical competition includes four competitions: assembly fitter, maintenance electrician, molder and radio debugger. It includes three competition groups: employee group, teacher group and student group. Among them, theoretical test scores accounted for 20%, and practical operation scores accounted for 80%. Previously, the theoretical competition was completed at Henan Polytechnic. In the next few days, competitors from all over the country will compete on the same stage in the Zhengzhou International Conference and Exhibition Center.
In recent years, with the accelerated integration of new generation of information technology and manufacturing industries represented by the Internet, big data, and artificial intelligence, intelligent manufacturing supported by new production factors such as knowledge, technology, and data has gradually become the main battlefield and become the key to industrial transformation and upgrading, nurturing new kinetic energy, and achieving high-quality economic development.
National Intelligent Manufacturing Application Technology Skills Competition is the only national-level competition in China for the intelligent manufacturing industry with the highest specification, largest scale and most comprehensive. The aim is to accelerate the development of advanced manufacturing industries, promote the deep integration of the Internet, big data, artificial intelligence and the Entity Economy, accelerate the cultivation and selection of high-quality skilled personnel in the field of intelligent manufacturing technology, promote the spirit of model workers and the spirit of artisans.
The competition organized the collection and research and development of the competition platform, identified 8 technology platform integrators as support units, and identified 36 equipment supplier. In this competition, Dolang provided equipment platform for the assembly of the fitter and the maintenance electrician. This has been the third year that Dolang has provided equipment support for the event.
