The DLFA-ALS Automatic Mechatronics Training Equipment of Vocational Education Equipment  can simulate the real factory automation production status, can complete the distribution of the workpiece, transmission and stacking process. The system is composed of working part, control part, PC. The working part includes varies of industrial drive system, varies industrial sensor, all the signals of the control part are all concentrate to convert to the control terminal box, the users can adopt different brands PLC to control according to their own needs, complete the control operation of the whole system.

Training Content

The system is equipped with DC motor, conveyor system, pneumatic system, sensor, pneumatic chuck, trough combination system and Z axis roller screw transmission system. The whole system is opened training system platform which is modular structure, the training module can combine freely according to the different training request, schools can according to the teaching request to equipped with different brands (PLC) module or add other training module.
