Equipment Features

1 One-to-three structure: The DLZL- C AC01 household central air conditioning training device system uses one-to-three units . Each execution object is an independent module. It uses three types of terminal processing units: patio type (embedded), wall-mounted type, and fan coil. One air conditioner outdoor unit drives three refrigeration units to start. All are installed on a universal aluminum profile platform, and each execution object and electrical control circuit are constructed. Let students understand the diverse structural forms of indoor units more intuitively .

2 Open design : The device has the function of disassembly and assembly, which can be used to train the disassembly and assembly of different forms of terminal equipment. The refrigeration recovery system device is used to achieve the reuse of refrigerant in the process of repeated disassembly and recovery, which is efficient and environmentally friendly. Each terminal processor is equipped with a refrigeration system flow board, a control circuit flow board, a temperature gauge and a pressure gauge, and all control circuits of the unit can be observed.

3 True restoration: The control function, protection function and display function are completely consistent with the actual household central air conditioner. Each user terminal can be independently controlled under the same working conditions. The training device system is equipped with a simulated fault setting function to set faults in the refrigeration system and electrical system. Through specific phenomena, students' analytical ability is improved, which is conducive to students applying theory to practice and cultivating their practical skills.

4 Automatic protection device : It is equipped with a current-type leakage protection device. When the leakage current to the ground exceeds a certain value, the circuit breaker will trip and cut off the power supply. There is also a thermal protection device to protect the compressor from overheating and overload.
