During the prevention and control of COVID-19 in March 2020, Dolang, a strategic cooperation enterprise of high-skilled personnel training alliance of technical colleges, delivered 3 sets of network wiring training room equipment and 2 DLDS-1214F electrical equipment training system equipment(The special equipment for the national selection competition of the World Skills Competition) rushed to Lhasa to help Tibet Technician College build a Tibet training base for the World Skills Competition.
Tibet Technician College is one of the three major livelihood projects identified by Prime Minister Li Keqiang during his inspection in Tibet. It is the only technical college in Tibet that has been approved by the People ’s Government of the Autonomous Region to cultivate highly skilled personnel. In November 2019, with the approval of the relevant departments of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the Alliance for Training High-Skilled Talents of Technical Colleges and Universities determined to help Tibet Technician College to build the Tibet Training Base for the Network Wiring and Electrical Installation Project of the WorldSkills Competition. In 2019 Tibet Technician College selected base coaches and project players. Dolang responded positively and quickly, finally established a cooperative relationship with Tibet Technician College, provided professional skills training for Tibet Technician College teachers and players, carried out professional development and construction, and helped Tibet Technician College complete the World Skills Competition Information Network Construction of wiring projects and training bases for electrical installations.
During the epidemic prevention and control period, Xun Fengyuan, the chairman of the high-skilled talent training alliance of technical colleges and universities and the honorary dean of Tibet Technician College, coordinated with Dolang to overcome difficulties such as the impact of the epidemic, altitude sickness and logistics costs, and went backwards to train for Tibetan players Won precious time. The construction of the Tibet Technician College World Competition Base project will fill the gap in the participation of the Tibet Autonomous Region in the World Skills Competition. We will see Tibetan players in the 46th WorldSkills Competition national selection competition to be held this year, which is of great significance to the development of China ’s technical education. It is reported that the league will coordinate the expert coaches of relevant project bases to go to Tibet to train the players in batches. From time to time, Tibetan teachers and players will be sent to the project bases of the relevant colleges for field training to quickly improve the competitive ability of Tibetan players.
